Anda was the visionary behind the reopening of the Wine Cask & Intermezzo restaurants in 2009 in Santa Barbara, California. The multi-faceted concept was repositioned and reinvented to include five synergistic dining and tasting room venues to capitalize on the variable demands of modern diners. To counter balance her pursuits of fine wine and food investments, Anda developed the strategic direction for five athletic clubs in California and Utah. From facilities improvements to new program integration, Anda provided the executive oversight over the clubs’ business operations to balance membership growth and retention in the deployment of capital.
